Drone photos of
FARMS
MACHINES
SCENERY
NATURE

I like to take pictures, especially from the sky. I want to do more than simply document through photos; I want to convey the same feeling I had in that place at that time, in the context of what was happening. (Also, it gives me a reason to visit new places!)

In addition to real flight hours and to ensure compliance with federal Transport Canada regulations specific to drone flight, I’ve completed ground school flight training, have a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Pilot Certificate – Basic Operations, Restricted Operator Certificate – Aviation (ROC-A), insured while flying, and working towards achieving my Pilot Certificate – Advanced Operations. I’m also familiar with reading RM maps and navigating rural areas.

The photos below are all original shots. There are links for purchase as well, or contact me to book a session! (if you’d like photos printed on media, acrylic, canvas, or additional sizes just let me know.)

Aerial farm photos

Traditional

Continuing the tradition that started in the ’50’s, but…cheaper, flexible, and customizable.

Action shots

My favourite drone pictures to take are shots of equipment in the field.

Overlay

Hard to appreciate the progress of a farm over 100 years till you see the pictures side by side. Or overlaid together…
